Cartuja de Gate of Heaven s. XIII
and Gothic aqueduct s. XV

Located in the middle of Sierra Calderona. It was founded in 1272. Originally built in Gothic and renovated style throughout history based on the styles of each era: Renaissance, Mannerism, Baroque and Neoclassical. It has the BIC statement. It is accessed by a bridge that was built in 1803. Although it is not possible to visit it today, just to see its exterior, the Gothic aqueduct attached to it and the fabulous views, it is already worth it. From the paintings of the Cartuja, highlight the altarpiece of San Martín (1449) attributed to Gonzalo Peris that can be visited at the San Pío V Museum in Valencia. And the patron saint of Los Angeles that is found in the Cathedral of Valencia.
The Gothic Aqueduct of the Cartuja was built in 1412 at the time of splendor of the Cartuja. It is made up of twelve arches.
