Discovering the gastronomy of the Silk Road

Come to El Vermut restaurant and enjoy a gastronomic experience in a Valencian farmhouse from the 16th century. XVII restored and transformed into a traditional cuisine restaurant. Enjoy tasting typical dishes of our gastronomy on a tour of the most representative places that made up the Silk Road. The experience is made up of a menu of 8 courses with seasonal products, with a pairing of Valencian wines, using as a common thread the spices of each area of ​​the Silk Road from its beginning in Asia to its arrival in Valencia.

The reservation will be made at least 48 hours in advance and 20% of the menu will be charged when making the reservation, which will not be refundable in case of cancellation 1 day before, but will be deducted from the total payable.
